Pouw Vervoer Groep is a bus operator active in the Dutch transportation sector. Founded in 1992, the company has grown steadily through five strategic acquisitions and now operates a fleet of more than 300 buses under several labels, including Pouw Vervoer and Businext. With its broad service portfolio, Pouw provides high-quality transportation services across both the public and private bus segments.
Our investment
We invested in Pouw Vervoer Groep in 2024 alongside the management team to support the company’s next growth phase. Together, we aim to optimise fleet utilisation, accelerate the transition to an electric bus fleet, and play an active role in consolidating the Dutch market. Our experience in scaling service businesses will help Pouw achieve these ambitions.
