Our investment
H2 invested together with management in 2025 to form UMT, with Bokhorst as the initial acquisition. With a strong team, focus on problem solving and high service levels UMT is well positioned for further growth. UMT is executing a targeted buy and build program, with four acquisitions completed in the first 9 months.
H2 is supporting UMT to build the winning technical service provider for residential property managers in urban areas in the Netherlands.
