Founded in 1992, the company has grown to become the market leader in blue-collar staffing and secondment services for the construction and installation sectors. DIT serves all major construction and installation companies in the Netherlands as well as a wide range of SME customers, deploying around 2,000 skilled workers such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, masons, and painters through its labels DIT and Larex.
Our investment
We invested in DIT in 2019 to support the company’s growth and diversification strategy. Together, we aim to further strengthen DIT’s market position and expand into adjacent segments through selective acquisitions. Our collaboration has already led to several strategic acquisitions in white-collar staffing, broadening DIT’s service offering and positioning the company for continued growth.
