In 2001, Rob Besemer transformed this department into an independent entity with the foundation of Mill Panel. Under his leadership, the company introduced several innovations, including AluPlex®, a product that ensures door stability across diverse climates, and composite door panels with improved fire retardancy and insulation. Through its innovative product range and highly efficient production processes, Mill Panel has become the market leader in the Netherlands.
Our investment
We invested in Mill Panel in 2019 to support the company’s continued growth and expansion. Together, we aim to strengthen Mill Panel’s market position and broaden its footprint through strategic acquisitions of carpentry factories. Our experience in supporting manufacturing businesses and driving selective consolidation is helping Mill Panel scale its integrated door solutions platform.
