Our investment
H2 partnered with Contiweb in 2019, following its carve‑out from a multinational parent. At the time, Contiweb was transitioning from a machine‑focused OEM into a standalone, independent organisation. Together with management, we defined a new strategy centered on building a service‑driven business model with recurring revenue streams and a sharper commercial focus.
Since then, Contiweb has strengthened its aftermarket activities, introduced subscription‑based service models, and professionalised its operations and organisation. The company has also made meaningful progress in developing new applications for the packaging and digital printing markets, building a more diversified and resilient business.
Print and packaging remain essential global industries and Contiweb’s combination of engineering excellence, reliability, and service innovation ensures it continues to play a leading role in their evolution.
