Our investment
We acquired a majority position in PMJ in 2017 from the founder to support the company’s international growth and professionalisation. Together, we strengthened the organisation, expanded the product range, and broadened PMJ’s international presence in the duck and wider poultry processing markets. In 2021, PMJ was acquired by Marel, a global leader in food processing equipment, creating a strong platform to accelerate innovation and expand globally within the duck processing sector.
