H2 Equity Partners (“H2”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Faber Holding. Faber Holding is active in the space of circuit boards, which provide the core to any electrical apparatus. Faber Holding provides services, such as, (co)development, prototyping, assembly of complex circuit boards and components and box-build services.
Management and H2 have developed an ambitious growth strategy for the upcoming years. H2 will provide support to management with the further professionalization of the company and implementing the growth strategy.
In this transaction, Douwe Hokwerda (Managing Director) rolls over as shareholder and continues to manage the company. Gerard Theijssen (Director) will sell his shares, but stays on board for further development of primarily Mechatronics Engineering 2.0.
