H2 Equity Partners (“H2”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired a majority shareholding in Mill Panel (“Mill Panel”). Mill Panel is a leading developer and manufacturer of flat wooden exterior door panels, as well as for wooden sandwich panels, primarily aimed at compact houses.
H2 will support the management of Mill Panel with the further professionalization of the company and will support the company in realizing its international growth plans.
