We acquired ATAG in a default situation from a financing bank and supported management in executing a successful turnaround. Under our ownership, ATAG was transformed into a profitable and growing business with a strong product range and renewed market positioning. The company was acquired by Friesland Bank Investments in 2010, who continued to build on its solid foundation.
