Our investment
We carved out Eska from Smurfit Kappa Group and, together with management, implemented an operational improvement programme that strengthened performance and profitability. Under our ownership, Eska transformed into a growing and profitable business with a leading position in its niche market. The company was acquired by Andlinger & Co in 2013, which continues to support Eska’s international growth strategy.
