Isero operated under well-established brands such as Gerritse IJzerwaren, Breur Ceintuurbaan, Van der Winkel, and Pijnenburg.
Our investment
We partnered with the founding family in 2010 to professionalise the business and drive sector consolidation. Under our ownership, Isero more than doubled in size through the opening of new branches and six selective add-on acquisitions. The company evolved from a family-owned business into a market-leading organisation with strong management, scalable systems, and a well-defined growth platform. Isero was acquired in 2015 by Grafton Group, a listed UK building materials group, which continues to build on the company’s strong foundation and growth trajectory.
