We invested in Seed Processing Holland in 2016 alongside the management team to support the company’s continued international growth and innovation. Together, we strengthened SPH’s organisation, broadened its product portfolio, and expanded its global customer base. In 2023, the company was acquired by Fowler Westrup, creating a strong combination with enhanced market coverage, engineering capabilities, and global reach to accelerate innovation in the seed processing industry.
