Mill Panel is a leading developer and manufacturer of flat wooden exterior door panels, as well as sandwich panels for compact houses. The origins of the company date back to 1971, with the setup of a panel manufacturing department at Van Hout. That department was turned into an independent entity by Rob Besemer in 2001 with the foundation of Mill Panel. Rob and his team innovated in the exterior door panel market by introducing AluPlex®, a product that provides stable doors in diverse climates, as well as by introducing various composite door panels, providing improved fire retardancy and insulation. As a result of their innovative solutions and highly efficient production, Mill Panel is now market leader in this segment in the Netherlands.
