Evenementenhal is a leading Dutch organiser of regional trade fairs, the company operates four event locations. The company experienced rapid growth due mainly to its unique all-inclusive and standerdised service approach. Capital A approached H2 to jointly pursue the opportunity to acquire Evenementenhal. Together with management, H2 optimised the pricing of existing tradeshows as well as the occupancy rate of the real estate. The existing locations were expanded and further developed. Evenementenhal was acquired by Artexis Easyfairs to expand its number of events and venues.
