Our investment
We acquired Livit when the company faced severe financial difficulties and was close to bankruptcy. Together with management, we executed a successful turnaround that restored profitability and positioned the business for sustainable growth. In addition, seven strategic add-on acquisitions were completed, establishing Livit as the clear market leader in the Dutch orthopaedic care sector. The company was acquired by HAL Investments in 2007, who continued to support its further development.
