Our investment
We acquired Whitecroft Lighting from its parent company, Whitecroft PLC, after a period of financial distress, recognising the company’s clear turnaround potential. Together with management, we successfully integrated two factories, streamlined the product range to reduce complexity, and refocused the business on key growth sectors. Under our ownership, Whitecroft Lighting returned to profitability and established a strong market position. The company was acquired in 2005 by Fagerhult Group, a global leader in professional lighting solutions.
