Unified is one of the market leaders in IT outsourcing in the social housing corporation sector and is also active in other markets, such as the healthcare market. The company offers a full range of IT outsourcing services, ranging from cloud management to backup and from disaster recovery to first line support. Unified also offers hard- and software required for on-premise solutions. Unified operates 2 highly secure, efficient and fully certified data centers in The Netherlands, where it hosts the data of its clients.
H2 acquired a majority position in the company from the founder. During the period of ownership H2 supported the management of the company with an add-on acquisition of a cybersecurity firm, and the expansion of its core data center. Additionally, the succession process was successfully completed in close cooperation with the founder. In 2021 Unified was acquired by Previder, a leader in managed services for the care sector, municipalities, social housing corporations and SMEs and part of Odin Groep. H2 reinvested a substantial part of its proceeds in the combination. Odin Groep was sold to Apax Partners in 2022.
