Our investment holding period varies – but we are happy to be invested over a longer period of time compared to traditional private equity companies as we acknowledge it takes time to transform a company.
We cover a wide spectrum of deal situations, ranging from corporate carve-outs, growth capital and retirement related (phased) transactions, to buy & build and operational improvements.
