ATAG is a European condensing boiler manufacturer. The company develops, designs, assembles and services condensing boilers based on its own-patented stainless-steel heat exchanger. H2 acquired ATAG in a default situation from the bad-credit department of a financing bank. During H2 ownership, the company was successfully turned around to a profitable and growing business. ATAG was sold to Friesland Bank Investments.
