The company develops, produces and markets integrated processing lines and subsidiaries in Brazil, China, France and the Netherlands. When H2 acquired the company from the Meyn family, the business was in financial distress. Under H2 ownership, the business was successfully turned around through an extensive operational improvement program, and a strategic refocus on the US (it’s largest market) and the aftermarket business. Meyn was sold to Talon (US).
