Hancocks is the market leading multi-channel confectionary specialist, operating through a nationwide network of cash and carry depots, an e-commerce platform as well as direct sales to larger retailers. The circa 5,000 SKUs include leading international brands, private label brands and Hancocks’ own brands. H2 acquired Hancocks from the Hancocks family. Under H2 ownership, the company focused on professionalisation of the business, own-brand products and bolt-on acquisitions to develop new routes-to-market. Hancocks was sold to Innovative Bites (UK).
