Eurocell is one of the leading PVC-U profile and roofline product manufacturing and distribution businesses in the United Kingdom. In addition, Eurocell operates the largest PVC-U recycling plant. Eurocell was carved-out from Tessenderlo Group, a Belgian listed corporate which identified Eurocell as non-core. Management and H2 developed and implemented an ambitious growth and profit improvement program. Eurocell was sold through an IPO on the London Stock Exchange, and continues to deliver attractive returns for its shareholders.
