Brink has approximately 700 employees in eight countries and five manufacturing locations in The Netherlands, France, South Africa and Thailand.
H2 acquired Brink from the Swedish Thule group. H2 strengthened the management team and established an advisory board with industry experts. The reinforcement of the management team has enabled Brink to expand its product range, which has resulted in revenue growth. Dexko Global, the world’s leading supplier of advanced chassis technology and related components, acquired Brink to expand into the area of engineered towing and carrying solutions.
