Our investment
We invested in TB&C in 2017 alongside the management team to support the company’s transformation from a roof mechanism manufacturer into a leading e-mobility connectivity solutions provider. Together, we repositioned the company strategically, strengthened its international footprint, and accelerated growth in the rapidly expanding EV segment. In 2023, TB&C was acquired by Delta Electronics, creating a strong platform for continued growth within a global power and thermal management leader.
