DELTA Hoisting Equipment is an importer and distributor of hoisting and lifting products. The company offers an extensive range of certified (electric) hoists and winches, lifting magnets, and power lifting tools such as clamps, closures, and straps under the DELTA brand name. Founded in 1960 by the father of current CEO Maarten Stam, DELTA has evolved from a family workshop into a category specialist and well-known brand recognised for its broad product range, solid quality, and short delivery times.
Our investment
H2 invested together with the Stam family in 2023 to support DELTA’s next phase of growth. The investment fits a growth investing strategy and focuses on accelerating organic growth by strengthening the commercial organization and expanding sales coverage in Germany, France and the UK. Since the investment, priorities have centered on professionalizing sales, improving category management and building a more scalable international sales platform.
H2 is supporting DELTA in developing a stronger international commercial organization and accelerating organic growth. The objective is to build a more scalable, pan-European category specialist.
