The GaragePark facilities are enclosed business parks with large independent units that provide entrepreneurs and consumers with safe (multi-purpose) storage space. The company has a unique value proposition, with parks in (semi-)urban areas offering large (>18m2) private units with services including 24/7 security, sanitary facilities, parking, and private mailboxes. The parks are operated energy-neutral due to extensive use of solar panels.
