H2 Equity Partners (“H2”) is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement to sell its stake in Odin Groep B.V. (“Odin”), a leading managed IT & cloud service provider for the Dutch SME, healthcare, education and social housing corporation sectors to Apax Partners.
H2 reinvested a substantial part of its proceeds generated by the sale of Unified, a Dutch IT managed services provider focused on the social housing corporation sector, to Odin early in 2021. The reinvestment was driven by the conviction on Odin’s leading position as a consolidator, with a differentiated positioning due to its owned infrastructure, and the strength and entrepreneurship of its management team.
