Sator has operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and the UK and additional sales resources in most European countries. H2 supported Sator’s management in a buy-out from a distressed vendor. Sator had a market-leading position in an attractive industry with autonomous growth. Together with management, H2 reduced complexity and improved pricing policies. Further growth was achieved through expansion of the product range and bolt-on acquisitions. Sator was acquired by LKQ (US), the leading provider of alternative and specialty parts to repair and accessorize automobiles and other vehicles.
